1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the IntegrateMed mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is operated by JP Howard MD Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
2. Service Description
IntegrateMed is an evidence-based supplement information database designed for anyone seeking clinical research-backed supplement data. The App provides:
- Supplement profiles with evidence ratings and clinical data
- Drug interaction information with severity ratings
- Therapeutic dosing guides based on clinical literature
- A research library of studies sourced from PubMed and other databases
3. Medical Disclaimer
IntegrateMed provides general supplement information for educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only
- The App does not establish a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship
- All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider
- Information in the App may not be complete, up-to-date, or applicable to your specific situation
- We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the App

4. Liability Limitations
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The developers and publishers of this App are NOT liable for any health decisions made using this tool
- All health decisions and their outcomes are your sole responsibility
- Information provided may not be complete, up-to-date, or applicable to all situations
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- In no event shall JP Howard MD Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
5. Subscription Terms
IntegrateMed offers the following subscription plans:
- Premium Semiannual — $19.99 every 6 months, with a 1-month free trial
- Premium Annual — $29.99 per year, with a 2-month free trial
Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
6. Data Usage
We collect and process certain information to provide and improve the App. This includes:
- Account information (email address) for authentication
- Search queries and usage patterns for improving the user experience
- Device information for compatibility and security
We are committed to protecting your data:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
- You can request deletion of your data at any time

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App for commercial use
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to text, data, images, designs, and software — is the property of JP Howard MD Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clinical study data is sourced from publicly available databases such as PubMed (National Library of Medicine). Our evidence ratings, analyses, and presentation are proprietary.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@integratemed.app.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
