JP Howard MD Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the IntegrateMed mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. We use this information solely for authentication and account management.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App, including:
- Search queries and browsing history within the App
- Supplement bookmarks and preferences
- Interaction patterns to improve the user experience
Device Information
We collect basic device information for compatibility and security purposes, including device type, operating system version, and app version.
Subscription Data
When you subscribe, Apple processes and handles all payment transactions. We receive a transaction confirmation from Apple but do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the service — authenticate your account, display personalized content such as bookmarks, and manage your subscription status
- Improve the App — analyze usage patterns to optimize performance and develop new features
- Communicate with you — send important service updates, security alerts, and respond to support requests
- Ensure security — detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, our database hosting provider. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is processed entirely on your device. We never receive or store your biometric data.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share limited information with the following service providers who help us operate the App:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication
- Apple — subscription payment processing (via App Store)
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Modify your data — update your account information at any time through the App
- Delete your data — request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@integratemed.app
- Export your data — request a portable copy of your data
We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
